Its within one month of my stay, Ive paid the full fee and the security deposit, but I cant go to Cannes as scheduled. What do I do and can I get my money back?
The 50% booking deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. The remaining 50% paid one month prior to booking is refundable but only as long as we can find another booking for this period. For this reason, please let us know as early as you can so we can endeavour to find a replacement booking as quickly as possible and refund you 50% of what you have paid. The security deposit would of course be fully refunded.
