Its says its expired, I have never run dnc4U before ?
A. If you have EVER run dnc4U before, or any of our other software, then you are allowed 60 or 30 days depending upon the software. You cannot get 60 days for every software we do, or else you would be able to run for almost a year ! If you have installed our dncSoftware,kwikDNC,ProNC, ProDNC etc before, its 60 days TOTAL. More than enough to trial any software! We often get users trying to get a free go out of ALL our software, thats why its 60 days aggregate! A. If you have NEVER run the software before, then you do not have sufficient access rights and permissions to run the software. You should log in as administrator – this will see if that cures the problem. Then get your IT guy to slacken up on some of the access rights. The installation setup has a file called diagnose.exe, run this and run the test.
