Firstly: no. Secondly: it’s not called “stealing.” It’s called the “blind pass.” It doesn’t make any sense whatsoever to call it “stealing,” and the name “blind pass” should be self-explanatory. (See… it’s not called the “peek pass.”) Read my column 353.
