It’s VERY RARE that movies get lost in the mail. But if they still haven’t arrived after two weeks, email us immediately and we’ll file a claim with the USPS. Your account will be temporarily on “hold” until we get the results of the investigation. Remember to always keep your address and credit card information up to date.
