Its been more than 90 days – Why isn my GreenDimes service working?
Usually, we find that people who feel that the service isn’t working have not completed the whole GreenDimes process. Often, they have not filled out and mailed the postcards we provide to Premium service members (please contact customerservice@greendimes.com if you did not receive them). Also, it’s very common that users who still receive lots of catalogs have not signed into their accounts and used our Catalog Screener to select catalogs they wish not to receive. We can’t know what to remove if we don’t know what you receive!
