iTivity Installation Wizard: Should I connect, view, ftp or telnet?
iTivity iAgent services can be accessed using the iTivity iManager. The iManager provides easy toolbar access to the most commonly requested services. The most common services are: • Connect – Initiate a secure connection with the iAgent • View – View the console desktop of and remotely control the iAgent over a secure connection • File Transfer (ftp) – Transfer files to and from an iAgent over a secure connection • telnet – Log in to the iAgent server for command line access over a secure connection Accessing remote service for an iAgent may require authentication before services are provided.
