YES, provided that the appropriate information is entered in the Projects database. Using the SF330 tab in the Projects database, make sure that each project you want included in this calculation has a valid year in the Year Completed – Professional Services field and that “Include in calculations” is checked. In addition, be sure that an actual Revenue figure is entered for each Profile Code entered. Then, after selecting the Profile Code in Item 10 on the form, click the Sum Totals button when on the Revenue Index field. The resulting dialog is shown at right.
