It takes a long time to scan my Inbox for Transaction e-Mail messages. Why?

0

By default, Transaction e-Mail checks your Inbox in Outlook. Therefore if you have a lot of messages held in your Inbox, Transaction e-Mail will check every e-mail message looking for any Transaction e-Mail messages. So, the more messages you have, the longer Transaction e-Mail will take to scan your Inbox. To decrease the time it takes to scan your Inbox, you can move other messages to a personal folder that isn’t scanned by Transaction e-Mail, or set up a rule in Outlook so that all Transaction e-Mail messages are moved to a specific folder in Outlook. Then in the Outlook Configuration Assistant within your Transaction e-Mail system, set up Transaction e-Mail so that it only searches the newly created folder.
