Firstly, don’t panic! Read through the first guidelines on the report to get a feel for what they mean. You can then click-through to ‘Further info and guide to choosing supplements’ to read a more in-depth explanation. Start with a good multivitamin and mineral (you can find these in our recommended shop sites) that covers the vitamins and minerals recommended to you. You can then add in specific supplements with formulas that cover combinations of the other recommended nutrients and ingredients. Some, like essential fatty acids and probiotics are usually taken separately, but the information explains this. You can click on each individual recommendation to see the usual dosage, how it is taken and safety advice.
