True enough! I like the way you put that! Reverence! Perhaps the best e-mail I have ever received was from some young woman from Singapore who read a poem of mine and then wrote to me saying it made her feel good about her body – something she had not felt in a long time. I could hardly have received an e-mail which would have made me feel happier about something I had written. It comes back to that spirit of reverence.
