It seemed that the chips heated up and then cooled downis that normal?
Yes, that is normal. The Health Recovery Chips will initiate that reaction in the body, but remember it is your own body heat, not the Health Recovery Chips. The stones do not change temperature. Usually you will experience a warming effect, and then a gradual cooling down within the 45-60 minute treatment. This too, is normal. Having said that, there will be times when you havent yet reached the cooling down stage after the 45-60 minute period. It is important to note, that no matter what happens in relation to your bodys heating/cooling experience, we recommend that each treatment period be 45-60 minutes.
