Mattdean76: Most are rather forward with their attempts to deceive the IRS, but what surprises me most, is how forward many of them are when they are talking with the IRS. After being on both ends, it’s amazing what people will truly admit to when you have them on the phone. One taxpayer admitted to a money laundering scheme when he was only questioned about some extra income on the side that was from a construction job and was not reported and ended up getting investigated for his admissions.
