It looks like not all of my files have been migrated from Xdrive to ElephantDrive. What happened?
We have had great success in moving data from Xdrive to ElephantDrive, but have not been able to complete a migration for everyone who requested it. A variety of technical issues arose, some of which were not able to be resolved. Some users had files that were corrupted or incomplete, some users had files that exceeded the maximum allowable file size at ElephantDrive, and some users provided login credentials that ceased working. Without a fully operational Xdrive staff, we were not able to access engineering resources necessary to resolve every issue.
