It keeps asking me that should I allow Cricinfo Genie to use network and send or receive data. Is there any way I can turn it off?
• Nokia phones: • Please navigate to ‘Menu > Manager/Application Manager’ • Choose Cricinfo Genie from the list • Now press Left soft key to view the Options menu for the application. • Select ‘Settings’ from the Option menu. • Now change ‘Network access’ settings from ‘Ask every time’ to ‘Ask first time’. • Launch Genie. Now you would not be prompted about connection, again and again. • Sony Ericsson phones: • Go to the Games/Application section wherever Cricinfo Genie you have installed • Choose Cricinfo Genie and click on “More” • Go to Permissions > Internet Access • Set the permission to “Ask Once” • Launch Genie now Similarly, some others phones also allow you set this option like above. Or, some phones prompt you this option when you start Genie, select option to ask only once. If you are unsure, please refer to your handset manual.
