• Make sure that you use operating system Microsoft Windows 2000 or XP. • Make sure that you are logged in a user account with administrator privileges. • Make sure that the camera is connected to a computer via USB cable. • Make sure that the device for displaying a live image in QuickPHOTO program is selected properly. • Make sure that selected imaging device is OLYMPUS E-system SLR digital camera • Make sure that the camera is on and working in CONTROL mode. • Check if the battery is fully charged. • Make sure that the camera has the latest firmware (version 1.2 or later). The firmware version can be checked in the camera menu Settings 2, the Firmware item.
