A You may create narrative goals/objectives for items in the SUP, but these are not required. However, you must include traditional objectives for other activities to be undertaken by the AAA during the planning period. For example, the SUP may include information on the number of congregate and home delivered-meals. In addition, the AAA may want to work toward mitigation of a decline in meals served. Therefore, an objective would be necessary to describe the AAA’s plan to mitigate or remedy the decline in meals. Q Under “Respite”, last year’s Service Unit Plan (SUP) had non-Linkages Respite Purchase of Services (RPOS) and Linkages RPOS. This year it is simply RPOS. Where should I plug in my Linkages RPOS numbers for families served (unduplicated) and respite hours provided? A RPOS is no longer tied to the Linkages Program. Services can be purchased for Linkages and non-Linkages clients. Units are not required to be separated by client. Both should be entered under Respite RPOS. PART T
