It is my first time to use my Jetta Bath System and it will not start, what do I do?
First be sure you have a dedicated power source. If any other equipment is operating off of the same circuit, it may overload the circuit and trip the breaker. Be sure the breaker is not tripped, to assure that electricity is flowing to the outlet. Then, check to make sure your GFCI (ground fault control interrupter) which is connected to your dedicated outlet has not tripped. This is usually located under the tub, on a wall, or in a closet. If the GFCI has tripped, your will need to reset the GFCI. Next, check power to the receptacle where the motor is plugged in by plugging in a hair dryer. (If motor clicks but wont come on, this usually means that there is not power to the receptacle.) Then, check to make sure both ends of the CVT (clear vinyl tubing) are attached. One end is attached to the underneath side of the transmitter button that you push and one end is attached to the air switch located in the box on top of motor.
