The EUL site boundaries and acreage estimates that are presented in the RFP are approximations. The exact boundaries and size of the EUL site will be determined through a third-party survey once final terms of the EUL have been negotiated. In general, the vacant land parcel is bordered to the north by the VA Medical Center’s (VAMC) boiler house (Building 14); the east by north-south row of trees and a roadway that leads to the VAMC’s wastewater treatment plant (Building 141); to the south by an east-west creek adjacent to the golf course; and to the west by an access road that connects Valley Road and the VAMC.
