It appears that only 5MB of disk space has been used in my account; however the ‘Over Quota’ message is appearing, why?

All folders in the JHEM account are counted toward the disk space utilization. Please log into the JHEM webclient (http://jhem.johnshopkins.edu) and check each folder within the account to see if there are messages that can be deleted. Also remember to empty the Trash folder.
