Issue ID 16: If FERPA certification is required to get security, what is the process going to be for verifying someone is certified?
We are asking each Project Liaison to return a signed FERPA Training Agreement to UFS. The Dean, Director or Department Chair must sign the agreement indicating that staff in the department are required to take FERPA training prior to any request for security access to student financial applications in myUFL. The DSA is expected to maintain documentation of the training. The general project FAQ has more information about FERPA and how it relates to PS-SF.
