Isn’t this a bad time to build a Career & Technical Center with the economy in such bad shape?
There is never a perfect time to add school facilities. Yes, it costs money to build a new Career & Technical Center, but the economic benefit it can bring to our area is worth the investment. Interest rates are low now and construction materials are much less expensive than they were at the end of 2008, so in some respects now is a good time to invest in our area’s economic future.
