Isn there a large homework load at HCCA?
A full-time class load at Heritage is 5 classes. Each class is ordinarily limited to 3 hours of homework a week, except for Humanities which will often require 6 hours of homework each week. This homework load includes the reading which is to be done for the class. Each student has at least 1.5 hours of study hall per day and a full study day (7 hours) on Fridays. If the student uses those 13 hours for study, he will have only about 1.5 hours per evening.
