Isn the INSERT+DOWN ARROW supposed to read full the full screen?
If the PC cursor is active, the INSERT+ DOWN ARROW will read as long as the application allows the PC cursor to move. If you perform the same keystoke with the JAWS cursor, JFW will read from the current position of the JAWS cursor to the bottom of the screen. If you are having trouble in documents, ensure that the window is maximized and that the Always On Top checkbox is unchecked on the General tab of the Taskbar Properties dialog box.
