Isn the Degen DE1121 the same radio as the DE1103, just with an mp3 recorder attached?
No, though there is some speculation that it is based on the DE1102. The IFs stated in the Thieking & Koch manual (10.7 MHz + 450 kHz for SW) coincide with the DE1102.
