Isn submitting articles easy?

For example, some sites allow HTML, while some do not. Some sites have a word limit either in the title, body, summary, or the byline, so you have to refit each article. Some sites have different formats requirements: Some say 65 characters per line, some say 60 characters per line, some say no text wrapping.
