Studying abroad can be a very affordable experience! We have numerous programs in countries all over the world that cost the same or less than what you are paying for a semester here at the University of Arizona. Please see the list of SASE estimated costs for the UA programs. Additionally, there is a wide range of short-term summer programs that are lower in cost and provide direct credit. We also have a variety of exchange programs that allow you to pay your UA tuition to study at a university abroad—a great deal! There are also many scholarships available to help students study abroad. Please see the list of Independent Scholarships and Grants for some great ideas. UA students regularly receive awards such as the SASE Travel Grant, Gilman, NSEP Boren, and DAAD scholarships, to name a few.
