Isn Socialism anti-American?
Socialism in america is not exactly anti-american because of the freedom to believe what we want to believe. However, many oh so very many socialist will try to woo an unsuspecting person with the idea that socialism is a democratic ideal and fits well in american society, not knowing or not caring that america is a freakin’ republic. nuff said.
The term “anti-American” is in many ways anti-American. As Americans we are all entitled to our opinions, and disagreement with the prevailing economic philosophy or government practice does not make one a traitor. American Socialism has had an important but overlooked impact in the history of our country. Socialism represents the very best of American ideals. The Socialist Party consistently fights for the interests of the vast majority of Americans who currently have very little voice.
