NO! A contact lens solution has disinfection properties to kill microorganisms (germs) and other chemicals that keep your lenses feeling comfortable. Saline is a good solution to wash your lenses after soaking in contact lens solution overnight or to wash your eye if you get a foreign substance in it, but it has NO disinfection properties.
