Isn’t my TPA, payor, broker, or benefits administrator already doing this?
No. While they may consider doing this for an additional fee, be wary as this is not their core competency. For example, when approached with the idea of performing a dependent audit their immediate reaction was that either their TPA or broker was doing this. Unfortunately, that was not the case and the client unknowingly leaked hundreds of thousands of dollars.
