mediate offers much of the functionality of Windows Media Center Edition with one important difference – you don’t need to buy a new PC to enjoy the experience of mediate. Our design goals for mediate were also quite different – we want you to enjoy your media within a few moments of installing mediate, and to make life as easy as possible for our users. mediate eases you into the digital lifestyle without requiring complex setup and configuration. If you store your media files in the “My Music”, “My Videos” and “My Pictures” folders within Windows then you won’t need to configure mediate at all! We strongly believe in the “less is more” approach and aim to deliver the easiest of digital media experiences.
