Isn’t light reflected away from the PV cells by the glass front?
Glass-fronted PV solar panels are designed to reduce light reflection. The glass is treated with an anti-reflective coating to increase the amount of light transmitted through to the PV cells. The outer face of the glass also has a matt-like finish resulting from its slightly granular texture, and this also reduces the amount of reflected light.
