No. Our wireless router allows you to use WEP & WPA protocols for encryption and password protection. We deliver the Be Box without any security turned on to simplify access and get you online quickly. We do however strongly recommend that you do secure your wireless connection. Instructions for turning on security are included in the welcome pack (on the Be Box technical info CD) or you can contact us to help you.
