Isn´t it dangerous to receive subliminal messages?
I have seen that some people worry about the idea that their minds are going to be reprogrammed. The first thing that I want to say is that every day without noticing it, you are trying to convince others to see the world the way you see it, and this is not considered incorrect or harmful. Every one has the right to think what he wants, and if you have noticed that your life is not as good as you would like, because your inner mind is sabotaging yourself, then it is not only correct, but it´s the most desirable thing to put remedy to that situation reprogramming your way of thinking. The subliminal messages will not violent your mind in any way, they will only show you another way of thinking, that it´s not secret, where you might not hear consciously what you are hearing, but you are listening to the same positive phrases told on the relaxation exercise, and that are phrases that you need in order to achieve the results that you look after.
