This is a concern that has been voiced by riders who have never participated in a “No Session” track day before. Only having one group and “No Sessions” does mean that riders of all abilities are mixed together on the track at the same time. You may perceive this to be a safety problem. However, this really is a misconception. First of all, this is not a race day and no one should be riding at 100% of their limits. Secondly, even at a “sessions” track day where you are placed in a group of similarly experienced riders, there are always riders that are faster or slower than you are within your group. And thirdly, many racing organizations mix both expert and novice racers on the track during a race at the same time. A “No Session” track day is really no different.
