Isn’t HTS just another form of military aggression perpetuating the destruction of people and property in Iraq and Afghanistan?
A Soldier’s job is to support and defend the Constitution of the United States by both lethal and non-lethal means. Soldiers do much more than engage in combat operations. For example, US forces also provide medical and veterinary care, law enforcement training, reconstruction projects, humanitarian assistance distribution, reconciliation facilitation/negotiation, support for local media, and broadcasting development. HTTs play active roles in supporting these types of non-combat operations.
