Isn Howrey concerned that candidates will be attracted to other firms with more traditional summer programs?
We genuinely encourage candidates to experience other firms’ programs. We welcome the contrast between the Bootcamp experience and that of a traditional summer program. We believe the contrast allows candidates a broader range of options, while providing us the opportunity to select those students who fit best with our mission and vision. Should a Bootcamp candidate decide another firm would be a better fit, we prefer that he or she make that decision at the end of the summer rather than a year or two down the road.
