Isn headhunting a bad word?
Not at all! To the contrary…it is a fabulous word! Simply put…it is targeted selection at its finest! As far as we are concerned, the best employees don’t “fish” their résumés on the internet or peruse the classifieds every Sunday. They are working hard on their jobs… achieving goals and moving their careers forward. They are loyal and committed to results. They are ” sought after “… not the seekers! They are great role models; very accountable for all they command; well liked and respected in their companies; and raise the standards of quality rather than diluting them! In short… they make a huge difference! They raise the bar! They positively impact everyone and everything they do! They promote their company’s mission!
