In discussions we are frequently confronted with the “$5000/space average ramp price”. Our market research has shown different results. Of course, if the owner does not care about appearance, quality of the construction material, safety, etc., and is located in an area with low construction costs, he may be able to get his project done at this price. On the other hand people became much more demanding on how a parking ramp should look. They do not accept ugly concrete monsters any more.
