No. No one will dictate how you run your business. We will make beneficial suggestions that will help you improve your training program. Together, you and Marylands “Apprenticeship & Training” Program will reach a consensus of program operations (called “Program Standards of Apprenticeship”) that will serve as a work template for you and your apprentices.
