Isn a vegetarian diet boring?
It’s not an act of self-sacrifice! A vegetarian diet can introduce a huge variety of healthy and interesting foods into your diet and whether you like Italian, Indian, Thai, Chinese, Mexican, Caribbean, Middle Eastern or Japanese food, there are loads of vegetarian dishes available in restaurants and as recipes in books and magazines.
