Isn 1200 calories high for a morbidly obese person?
Yes. My doctor did not want me to do my plan. He wanted me to do a pure liquid diet of around 800 calories without “regular meals” (especially w/fat). I convinced my doctor to let me do it my way for at least one month. He has come around to my plan for me, but holds to the belief that morbidly obese people should be on very low calorie diets (and certainly not be eating extra fats). He considers me, and my commitment to exercising, an exception. And actually, looking back at my Day 1 Body Shots, I can see why perhaps he wouldn’t believe that person would stay committed to daily morning and evening exercising. **Please note: a 1200 calorie diet is not an extreme diet. If you are planning to take your calories down to 1000 or below, you do need medical supervision. I wanted the 1200 calorie count because I wanted to feed my body, support my exercise plan, keep my metabolism high, you need to power and run your machine.
