Ans.: ISM requires ATM (Adobe Type Manager) to be installed and active for use with Microsoft Windows. Install ATM and then retry. If ATM is installed but not active (turned Off) in the current Windows setup, run Windows, Turn ATM `On’ and then try installing ISM again. Note: ATM requires Standard or Enhanced mode of Windows.
