They cause the software to perform in a manner inconsistent with its intended operation. iScan provides bug fixes updates to all customers for the life of its products free of charge. Software updates are new features and enhancements added to the software to improve its functionality and/or performance. iScan provides software updates to its customers who have a valid support contract.
