Is Zabeel Investment is a strong believer in Emiratisation?
Absolutely, as a UAE-based company, we feel it is imperative that more Emiratis become involved in developing and working in the UAE’s flourishing private sector, however we want to make sure that the right candidate goes in to the right job, not just employment for employments sake; but rather career building. This will of course benefit the nation, but also the various areas of industry which don’t currently have a strong national representation. Who better to understand the local market, after all, than people who were born and raised here? So, it naturally follows that Zed Communications aims at recruiting young creative nationals.
