Is yogurt a good probiotic for my child after antibiotics??

Yes, yogurt is good if it has live cultures of beneficial bacteria in it. Look on the label. You don`t need to buy the brand that says “probiotic” on it. Most yogurts already have probiotics. I like Stonyfield brand in California. There are also special yogurts you can buy with a higher count of live bacteria in them per serving. They come in flavors if you like. I had Bio-K after my round of antibiotics. I got it at a health food organic type store.
