Is Yellow cats eye a synthetic stone or a natural crystal and is it naturally bright yellow?
Although there is a real chatoyant stone called cat’s eye, what you are describing is synthetic. The material has fiber-optic qualities and comes in a variety of colors. Oh, and goldstone is also man-made (glass with metal flake). Edit: Cat’s eye and tiger’s eye are vastly different stones. From the “bright yellow” description, and not “gold” color, I believe you are speaking about the man-made stuff.
