Is Xdrive Desktop secure?
Xdrive, a Verisign Secure Site, takes security very seriously. We recognize that our customers trust us to store their important and private files. We have many systems in place to help maintain regular availability of the Xdrive service, including redundant routers, switches, and hardware. To provide scalability and reliability, load balancing is used to transparently distribute incoming requests among Xdrive servers. While state-of-the-art equipment is used and precautions are taken, no system is 100% failsafe and you should consider this as you decide which files to upload and how many copies you maintain on other systems.
