WorldatWork is strengthening its commitment to both the work-life “profession” and to advancement of work-life effectiveness. First, professionals engaged in the “practice” of work-life have an association home with WorldatWork, including deep access to knowledge, education and networking with like-minded individuals. Second, WorldatWork will continue to strengthen AWLP as the advocate of work-life effectiveness, including a dynamic public Web site that raises the visibility of work-life, as well as identifying innovative best practices that are of universal interest in a total rewards context. Third, WorldatWork will continue to invest in research and knowledge resources to enhance understanding of the impact of work-life strategies and programs. Fourth, the association will continue to develop high-impact work-life educational products and programs, such as courses, seminars, conferences and publications.
