Is working full-time as a student considered the same as working full time after graduating?
Statistically only post-graduate work experience is counted. The primary rationale is that post graduate employment is usually at a higher level and more relevant in preparing you for an MBA experience. During your application review we do look at all prior experience and working full-time while in school can factor favorably into an assessment of your dedication, while internships and co-ops aid in your business perspective.
