Most MBA programs prefer students with some work experience, but may will accept students right out of college with a good GPA and high GMAT score. Some programs are designed specifically for students with little or no work experience. TOEFL is generally required, and you should not have a problem with it, although good spelling would help. You should not need a study course to prepare for the GMAT. Just take the test and see what happens. Scores over 600 will get you into many excellent MBA programs. Look for them in the Official MBA Guide, a free service, with programs listed all over the world.
